7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number.

Eligible Items

• Items must be in original, unworn condition
• Tags must be attached and packaging intact
• Items must not have been altered or customised
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or bespoke orders
• Items purchased during final sale
• Items returned after 7 days

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
